High-end adults-only resort of 457 keys on the Cap Cana beachfront, for AM Resorts and Apple Leisure Group: palapa-roof villas and contemporary blocks across 18 buildings.
TLDI provided full construction management on behalf of the owner and operator, and the resort was completed in November 2016.
Scope of works
- 457 guest rooms with swim-up rooms in every building, plus a preferred section with its own arrival and bungalows
- Seven restaurants, a coffee shop, lobby bar and four remote bars, open-air palapa lobby
- Spa with hydrotherapy, two pools, fitness center, cinema, disco and around 900 m² of meeting space
