A 750-key dual-brand beachfront resort in Cap Cana for Playa Hotels & Resorts, one of the largest all-inclusive openings in the Dominican Republic.
TLDI ran construction management under a construction management agent contract, from site works and vertical construction to procurement, through opening in November 2019. It later managed the resort's property improvement plan, also for Playa.
Scope of works
- Two 375-key resorts on a single 40-acre beachfront site: the adults-only Hyatt Zilara and the all-ages Hyatt Ziva
- 23 themed food and beverage outlets, a signature spa, gym, amphitheater, waterpark and convention center
- All back-of-house and support facilities, site works, vertical construction and procurement
